Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy
Atlantic Ivy strives for student satisfaction. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation terms for all services. We encourage parents and students to carefully review this policy before enrolling.
2. Full Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a 100% refund if:
- You cancel within 7 days of enrollment AND before the first class
- Atlantic Ivy cancels a course due to insufficient enrollment
- Atlantic Ivy fails to deliver contracted services
3. Partial Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a partial refund if:
- You cancel after 7 days but before 50% of classes are completed: 50% refund
- You withdraw due to medical reasons with documentation: pro-rata refund for unattended classes
- You relocate outside Dubai (in-person classes only): pro-rata refund for remaining classes
4. No Refund Situations
No refunds will be provided if:
- More than 50% of classes have been completed
- Student is dismissed for behavioral violations
- Student simply changes their mind after starting classes
- Student fails to attend scheduled classes (no-shows)
- Tournament registration fees (these are paid to third parties)
5. Rescheduling Policy
- Students may reschedule up to 2 classes per term with 24-hour notice
- Rescheduling requests with less than 24-hour notice may not be accommodated
- Make-up classes are subject to instructor availability
- No rescheduling allowed for tournament preparation sessions
6. Class Credit Option
Instead of a refund, students may choose to receive class credit to use toward:
- Future courses (credit valid for 12 months)
- Private coaching sessions
- Tournament preparation workshops
7. Payment Plan Cancellations
- If on a payment plan, cancellation follows the same refund schedule
- Outstanding balances must be paid even if withdrawing
- Refunds will be processed after all payments are settled
8. Refund Processing Time
- Refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Bank processing may take an additional 5-10 business days
9. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email refunds@atlanticivy.com with your request
- Include: Student name, enrollment date, reason for refund
- Provide supporting documentation if applicable (medical, relocation)
- We will respond within 3 business days
10. Consultation Services
For one-time consultation sessions:
- Cancellations with 48-hour notice: full refund
- Cancellations with 24-48 hour notice: 50% refund
- Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice: no refund
11. Disputes
If you dispute a refund decision:
- Contact our director at director@atlanticivy.com
- We will review your case within 7 business days
- Final decisions will be made in accordance with UAE consumer protection laws
