Arhaan is a strong analytical thinker and his verbal reasoning genuinely stands out. Where he needs work is context switching. When problems come at him from an unexpected angle or fall outside familiar patterns, he tends to lose his footing, and he would benefit from being pushed into more varied and unfamiliar territory. On the creative side, he is better at running with an idea than generating one from scratch, particularly when it comes to thinking through second and third order effects and their implications. The biggest thing, though, is his hedging. Arhaan rarely commits to a position cleanly and qualifies his statements to the point where his actual view becomes unclear. This is not about being more reckless but about learning to own his reasoning and communicate with appropriate confidence, even under uncertainty. It is a habit more than a confidence issue, and one worth addressing directly with him.
